It’s good to be at home with my jars of oats and warm coffee. This morning I have signed up for a food writing course as part of the Brighton Food Festival. The course is run by Andy Lynes, and will cover recipe writing, travel blogging, restaurant reviews, food blogging, getting a book deal, and many other opportunities within the field.  I’m super excited, and am just preparing a few things for the class; it feels like being back at school! After the workshop I am going to wander around the rest of the festival, and I hope I can catch Carluccio’s demonstration! I hope everyone has a lovely weekend!
