My Week in Photos

July 20, 2012
tags:

1. and 2. Cooking carrot and coriander falafel, and hanging out with Trout and Rasputin
3. and 4. Observer Food Monthly (!!!) and Restless.
5. and 6. Rasputin considering getting into the box. Rasputin in the box.
7. and 8. Ras looking fancy, and watching us defrost the freezer.
9. and 10. Wearing tights and boots in July – SO WRONG! – and a new tablecloth for the coffee table, with my favourite mat, designed by Debbie Powell.

The weeks seems to be going by so quickly at the moment – not that I’m complaining, as I seem to be enjoying the perfect balance between busy and having the time to stop and breath. Tomorrow I have an interview with the Survivor’s Network, which decides whether I will go on to become a permanent volunteer, and if so which area I will be placed into. I’m really nervous, and hoping it goes well. Sunday will most likely be a relaxing day spent with Trout and Rasputin ♥

Mitsu wrote a lovely little piece about the Vegan Food Swap that I took part in – so glad that she liked her parcel! I will be blogging about the parcel that I received at the end of the month :)

What do you have planned for the weekend? How has your week been?

I am so desperate to defrost my freezer but I can’t bear to be without ice and frozen fruits for long enough to do it! Sounds like you’ve had a good week, good luck with your interview tomorrow although I’m sure you will be fine. I’m off to see Dark Knight at the pictures tomorrow which should be fun!

It didn’t leave us out of action for long – just overnight! We spent a couple of days eating things out of the freezer/ throwing away the random stuff tucked away that we had forgotten about!

Thanks for the good luck wishes :) Enjoy the film!!
